RIM did state their 4 tenants on customer security and confidentiality but India has not given up. They are still demanding that RIM allow them to Read the Rest of the story [...]
We just heard from one of our sources that RIM has confirmed reports of service degradation and issues in the Americas. It seems to mainly be focused on the BIS browsing service but I am also having issues with Twitter working and the browser is working very slow or timing out.
