45,000 Verizon Communications, Inc workers have gone on strike, after labor talks with the #1 wireless carrier in the U.S., failed Saturday. A few days ago, Rogers announced they’d brought back their 6GB/$30 data plan. It seems a good idea spreads like wildfire, as Telus has decided to follow suit & release their own 6GB/$30 data plan. Like Rogers, it’s available until September 30th.

Well it looks like our friends in the great white north are getting the goods again, this time it’s data rates. Canadian carrier Rogers Wireless has brought back its 6GB/$30 a month deal! I don’t know about you but I think that’s one heck of a deal!
