One of our sources let us know that RIM has been testing out a BlackBerry Style with a touchscreen for the next possible iteration of the 9670. It isn’t clear if both displays will be touch interactive or solely the main, larger display. We’ve also heard that RIM was playing Read the Rest of the story [...] It looks like Alltel may soon be offering the BlackBerry Style 9670 for its customers. While the device isn’t yet showing in their BlackBerry listings, they do have the software for the device available for download. It’s not the first time we’ve seen an “oops” on pushing software live Read the Rest of the story [...] TELUS was quick to confirm they’d also be releasing the BlackBerry Style 9670 shortly after the initial Sprint announcement but no official date was actually set at that time. But, given that the dummy unit devices are now showing up at retail locations launch surely cannot be far off. There is a suggested price Read the Rest of the story [...] Research In Motion has been pushing the “Love What You Do†commercials to make BlackBerry’s be the device that connects people. In their latest TV commercial they showcase the BlackBerry Style 9670. While it is debatable whether or not the Style 9670 is stylish, RIM does it justice in Read the Rest of the story [...]
A few weeks ago I let you know that Sprint would be launching the BlackBerry Style 9670. As of yesterday the new clamshell BlackBerry is available for purchase in either Steel Gray or Royal Purple. I think it’s great that RIM is trying out different form factors instead of a single form Read the Rest of the story [...] Now that the BlackBerry Style is all official, Research In Motion and Sprint have been taking the device on the road and showing it to folks even before it gets into stores. Probably something that should have been done at DevCon but, hey we’re not judging here. The fine folks over at Engadget had Read the Rest of the story [...] We’ve been following the BlackBerry 9670 for a long time now, so it’s awesome to see the Sprint exclusive BlackBerry Style 9670 get announced today. The BlackBerry Style will be available from Sprint this Halloween for $99.99 (after mail-in rebate) on a 2 year contract.
