We have been hearing from a few users about their legacy Twitter apps which stopped working last night. This is not an outage but rather Twitter disabling/retiring their much less restrictive APIv1 as it moves up to their new APIv1.1 that newer Twitter clients use. RIM’s Twitter development team has been hard at work implementing several bug fixes and making some backend changes (hence the few new features). This 3.2 beta program is meant to focus on bugs that you find, features are still very important so of course please let RIM know what’s missing, Read the Rest of the story [...] RIM has pushed out another update to their popular social app Twitter for BlackBerry in the Beta Zone. This update seems focused on fixing bugs introduced in the latest update to v3.0. Research In Motion is happy to announce that they have just released Twitter for BlackBerry v2.1.0.27 for everyone to download! This version includes multi-account support, which was the top user requested feature.
