Research In Motion (RIMM) chief executive Thorsten Heins has confirmed on a number of occasions that he is willing to consider several new paths RIM might take moving forward. In a study recently published by comScore’s recent MobiLens report, BlackBerry is said to have kept the biggest percentage of users in the United Kingdom from going to another manufacturer at the time of their upgrade.
