I have been keeping an eye out on Virgin Mobile since they started offering prepaid BlackBerry’s and prepaid broadband cards. Ashley let me know about Virgin Mobiles announcement that select OfficeMax stores nationwide will be carrying the BlackBerry Curve 8530 along with the MiFi 2200 mobile hotspot and Ovation MC760 USB modem. Curve 8530 users get another official update, this time courtesy of Sprint. OS 5.0.0.1030 is now available for download. The builds just keep getting bigger on these OS 5 releases and it seems like there is an endless supply. As always, use caution when installing any OS. BlackBerry Curve 8530 users get a treat today with this latest OS. Coming from Virgin Mobile Canada OS 5.0.0.1000 (what a nice round number) is ready for download.
